Cuboforma works mainly in the area of Adult Education and Training in the areas of Beauty, Fashion and Geriatrics. Our audience is mostly female, with few essential skills, such as those related to citizenship, environment, new technologies. They need to develop various skills in their personal training. Essential topics such as language learning, the ability to solve problems, general knowledge related to the ability to manage information, to increase their knowledge about finances, family, health, family literacy, among others. A large part of these needs is due to the increase and improvement of the knowledge of the pedagogical teams. As well as the assumption that the ways of thinking and doing education have to change.

Cuboforma needs to get on the Erasmus train and modernize at an international level. We have two macro objectives : 

• One focused on which each of our student and pedagogical teams has a perspective best suited to the demands of the 21st century . Seeking to improve general knowledge and skills that are transversal to training and are indexed to knowing how to be, living with oneself and others, learning independently and knowing how to solve problems. All in harmony with the correct use of new technologies, for more sustainable practices, from an environmental point of view. This is important so that our activities revolve around activities that are not yet environmentally friendly.

• The other objective resides in the organization and development capacities of the training to implement and increase the skills and knowledge of the pedagogical teams . To enter a new teaching, more sustainable and with more attractive practices. It is one thing to know, another is to know how to transmit and promote permanent learning. Both aim at our modernization and internationalization!

We intend to develop three different types of activities:

• One that will involve, for 15 months, teachers, trainers, staff members and director in courses, developed in different European countries, for the acquisition of skills and knowledge related to both mentioned objectives;

• The second, according to  second objective, which will involve members of middle management (coordinator, communication manager)  and direction to carry out  5 days of jobshadowing, in three European countries, with accredited entities with experience in adult education and training;

• Finally, more related to objective 1, in the development of three mobilities of different groups of adult trainees, in three different countries. This will allow them to exchange, develop, acquire and reinforce knowledge, skills and socio-cultural experiences, add a vision of inclusion, use of new technologies and sustainable development.
