I declare for the purposes of the provisions of article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, to provide my consent for the processing of my personal data above completed, to CUBOFORMA, with registered office at Av. do Cávado nº 54 - 4700-084 S. Vicente, Braga - Portugal. This declaration constitutes sufficient title to grant authorization for the processing of my personal data when sending information regarding the Courses taught at this Institution. CUBOFORMA undertakes to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, namely, guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of the personal data provided and using them only for the situations specified above.
